Just a mere onlooker

How can people just keep

moving on, almost as if

The frost could really keep

the flower from crippling

Each petal withering away

encrusted with drops of dew-like

memories of falling

visit me as I drown with

puzzle like pieces

Unwilling to come together

like I want them to, too slowly
